Ryan Rabalais is a passionate and skilled massage therapist who believes in the transformative power of therapeutic touch. A graduate of the Florida School of Advanced Bodywork in Jacksonville, FL, Ryan combines advanced bodywork training with more than 15 years of experience as a high-performance athlete—giving him a deep appreciation for the value of quality massage and evidence-based care.

Ryan provides in-home massage services throughout Northeast Florida. He brings all necessary equipment—including a portable massage table, fresh linens, and high-quality massage products—so clients can enjoy a seamless, stress-free experience in the comfort of their own home.

Before attending massage school, Ryan was an honor student at Wingate University in North Carolina, where he competed on the Team for four years. His degree in Exercise Science, paired with a minor in Psychology, laid a strong foundation for his career in therapeutic bodywork.

Ryan lives in Ponte Vedra, FL, and also works with clients at Kudos Massage Therapy in Jacksonville Beach and at Del Webb in Nocatee. In his spare time, he enjoys triathlon training, competitive running, and continually expanding his knowledge of anatomy and physiology. His commitment to ongoing learning allows him to educate his clients better and provide highly informed, individualized care.
