How Mobile Massage Works
- The therapist will arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the massage session for set-up and consultation with the client.
- The therapist brings all essential equipment, including massage table, face rest, sheets, towels, lubricants, music speaker, etc.
- Preferably, the client will provide a suitable location and environment for the session. Location chosen should be relatively quiet and serene. Any intrusive pets should be secured away from the massage area.
- Clients are asked to practice good hygine prior to the massage. If necessary, a shower may be beneficial prior to the session.
- Relaxing music may be played at a reasonable volume or the therapist can offer background music upon request.
- Any client injuries, skin conditions, complications, or uncomfortable feelings may be discussed with the client before the session.
- The therapist will discretely drape your body at all times in accordance with professional practices. The client may disrobe to his/her comfort level.
- Client should hydrate before and after a session, preferably with water.
- All phone and distracting noise should be silenced.
- Client should feel free to speak up and ask questions. Ask the therapist to avoid sensitive areas, if desired. Client is encouraged to offer any and all feedback to therpist during the massage.
- Therapist will need approximately 15 minutes following the massage to pack gear, review the session and accept payment.
